Here are some rules & regulations for you to abide by when making reservations or purchases:
1) RESERVATION/EXCHANGES (swapping;not exchange of product after purchase)
For reservation of items, please drop me an email at: thrift_store_treats@hotmail.com. Please include your NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, product CODE and preferred PRICE (for bargaining); for those who are interested in making product exchanges, please include your NAME, CONTACT NUMBER, product CODE and YOUR product PHOTO & DESCRIPTION.
*Expect to receive a reply email within 24hrs (earliest)
*Reservation items will be opened for sale after reservation period of 3 working DAYS is due
*Reservations will be cancelled if confirmation email from buyer is not received by the owner within 48hrs
2) MODE OF PAYMENT
*Strictly CASH only. Exact amounts are greatly preferred
3)MODE/TIME OF DELIVERY
*Meetups in Orchard Road area; unless otherwise stated by the owner
*Delivery will be made within 3 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon receipt of confirmation email from buyer
*Buyer and Owner must compromise time & venue of meetup
4)GENERAL RULES
*NO bogus emails. You will be immediately blacklisted.
*NO last minute backing out of a deal. You will also be blacklisted.
*NO last minute bargaining. No transaction will occur in such cases.
*NO refunds or exchanges. All items sold are non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
*NO meetups in other places except for Orchard Road. (unless otherwise stated by the owner)
*NO oweing of money/running short of cash upon meetup. Such cases will not be entertained.
